Great news for buyers with the introduction of a 5% mortgage deposit scheme, offering a 95% mortgage loan on properties valued up to £600,000.    

Over summer a new Electrical Safety Regulation was put into force requiring landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at least every 5 years.

New landlord regulations, outlining how six month notice periods will work in England, came into force on Saturday 29 August 2020.
