Recently sold my apartment and brought another apartment all thru JNP. All staff in the High wycombe office are friendly, accommodating and efficient. Martin was the gentleman who I dealt with at the beginning who was lovely. Janet chandler has been amazing throughout the whole selling/buying process. At times I wanted to give up, but Janet kept me going and was so supportive, with all of the paperwork and kept me up to date with all the processes that needed to be done. Phenomenal work from JNP. We gave them the challenge of selling our property after we'd moved to the other side of the world. Throughout the whole process, operating with significant time differences etc. Sue and the team were on top form. At all times I felt like I understood where things were at. I also felt like I understood our buyers and their motivations throughout, which really helped during what can be a stressful process for all parties. Things did get a little warm towards the end as we were edging close to the new financial year, but that was mostly down to the solicitors and the fun and games with sending documents across the globe. But, thankfully, with lots of help from the JNP team, it worked out in the end to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Great work and highly recommended.

I have just exchanged contracts with the seller, and am looking forward to completion of my house purchase next week. Hi. Today we were shown a property in Hazlemere by Luke Robins. He was very approachable with his mannerism and made viewing easy for us. He cared about the property and was very polite with current tenant. We got a very good idea about property and he gave suggestions for example how to maximise parking in there. Job well done.
